Yoga

Erika's students experience a stimulating mind-body-spirit practice. Her Vinyasa Flow based classes combine a physical challenge with a focus on breath and present moment awareness. The flow thus transforms into a moving meditation, in which the student builds strength and power while releasing energies held in the body.

In 2017 Erika obtained her 200 Hour RYT Certification at New York Yoga. She has since studied meditation at ISHTA Yoga under Alan and Sarah Finger and completed The Yoga of Awakening and Teaching Transformational Yoga certifications led by Seane Corn. Erika is certified in Trauma-Informed Yoga through Exhale to Inhale
